Shipping policy

We know you want your pieces as fast as possible. That’s why we process orders quickly and partner with reliable courier services to get your heavy-duty streetwear delivered directly to your doorstep.

1. Delivery Timelines

Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Sialkot, etc.): 2 to 4 business days.
Rest of Pakistan: 3 to 5 business days.
Please note: Orders placed on Weekends or National Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: Flat RS 250–300 shipping nationwide
Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders above RS 5,500!

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan so you can pay right when your package arrives.
We also accept secure digital payments via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or NayaPay if you prefer to prepay. If you pay in advance, your package will be dispatched immediately

4. Order Verification & Tracking

Verification: To ensure your order doesn't get delayed, our team may reach out to you via WhatsApp (0320 8757665) or call to confirm your address and size details before dispatching.
Tracking: Once your order is handed over to the courier, we will text or email you a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey in real-time.

5. Damaged or Delayed Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, do not accept it from the rider and immediately contact us via WhatsApp or at overon.shop@gmail.com.
While we always aim to hit our timelines, delivery might take slightly longer during massive sale events or extreme weather conditions. We appreciate your patience!
